Seattle Central offers the two-year college transfer (2+2) degree, 30+ professional & technical programs, high school completion, Short-Term Certificates, intensive English, and the College Bridge program, which provides academic preparation for students planning to attend American colleges or universities.
Seattle Central is the only community college in downtown Seattle. Shops, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, museums, libraries, movie theaters, city parks, and sport facilities are all just a short walk or bus ride away from our campus.

Seattle Central offers transfer admission guarantees to several universities, including: Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School; University of Washington, Tacoma; State University of New York (SUNY) – Oneonta; San Francisco State University; Eastern Washington University; California State University – Northridge; Montana State University; Washington State University; Western Washington University; Seattle University; and Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis. Seattle Central also offers a pathway program to University of California, Davis.

Seattle Central offers international students academic advising, personal counseling, workshops, activities and free tutoring. Facilities include a library, computer lab, 2 restaurants, a convenience store, coffee house and an activity center/gym right on campus. With 60+ clubs, there are lots of opportunities to get involved, volunteer, and learn skills outside the classroom.
10: Low tuition and flexible admission
For the 2012-2013 academic year, tuition for the English language program is $7,800. Tuition for college programs is $9,200. We offer 4 intakes each year (fall, winter, spring and summer), providing maximum flexibility to students.
